Richard Taylor’s public sculptures have earned him popularity throughout Wisconsin. He displays an extensive range in style from his monumental, outdoor standing works to loose and lacy hanging sculptures, to playful tabletop creations and poetic wall hangings. His wall hanging works, his most recent expressions, are chic urban convergences of painting and sculpture. Rhythmic and expressive, they are intimate interpretations of enduring memories. The artist has received over a dozen municipal commissions and over thirty private and corporate commissions.
